i find when i'm too stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, painful, bummed...i write a gratitude list & keep writing until i settle down & become grateful for my situation. peace fills me & my mind clears. i can think straight again.

i have a hand brace that i wear sometimes. when i think of it. keeps my thumb out, in proper position. not painful, comfortable, relaxing.BUT, 1. it's hard to get on...2. attention getter, everybody always asks, ''What happened?''...3. hard to wash hands...4. can't use hand in regular fashion...brace controls hand...5. hot
