i find when i'm too stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, painful, bummed...i write a gratitude list & keep writing until i settle down & become grateful for my situation. peace fills me & my mind clears. i can think straight again.

i was an RN when i got injured...had several different savings accounts & had to spend down all of my money in order to get benefits. i think we're not allowed to have more than $2,000.00. so i bought everything i needed to fit my new life...recumbent tricycle, apple lap top, shower equipt, toilet, and gave the rest of the money to my family.i ...

i have a hand brace that i wear sometimes. when i think of it. keeps my thumb out, in proper position. not painful, comfortable, relaxing.BUT, 1. it's hard to get on...2. attention getter, everybody always asks, ''What happened?''...3. hard to wash hands...4. can't use hand in regular fashion...brace controls hand...5. hot
