    I had a few sessions of pt, specifically for strengthening my shoulders, so that I am less likely to damage them (further, I suspect.)&nbsp;&nbsp; When I DO the exercises regularly, it really makes a difference.&nbsp; Considering I over 50, and have had shoulder issues in the past, I need to be doing everything I can.

    I think a lot of it is that there is SO much information here.&nbsp; (Not a bad thing!)&nbsp; The Paralysis Resource Center was the first online site I used in order to get info after I was hurt.&nbsp; We had a ''computer course'' in rehab.&nbsp; She handled any adaptations anyone needed, as well as using the internet and finding trustworthy ...
