    My mother was recently paralyzed...

I am 22. She is 42 in November. My dad died 6 years ago, and it feels a little bizarre to be "without" both of them. I want to learn as much as I can about paralysis, to help us both cope, though she is in AZ and I am in TX, so it's tricky. Has anyone else ordered the 300+ page paralysis infor resource book? The free one?

    Welcome here!

I am an information specialist at the Paralysis Resourec Center. I would be happy to email you our New Injury package of information, including information on home modifications, state resources, and support groupos to name a few of the documents.

I can also send you a copy of the "Paralysis Resource Guide".

Please call me (or any of the information specialists) so I can get your contact information. The phone number is (800) 539-7309. My extension is 7202.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Sincerely,
    Donna
