Oh, sorry Trish, I didn't realize how serious it was.

You said, "sometimes your dreams don't always come true." Sometimes all you can do is hope. While it is always best to believe in one's self, a little help from others can be a great blessing.

THat's why you'll be in my prayer's Trish. Trish, I'd like you to email my dad if you'd like.

He's on the leadership board for this foundation and I'm sure he'd love to talk to you.

    his email is jmcconnell50@gmail.com

you can tell him I told you to email him.

and when I'm a little down I look at this!

Thanks JayMac, your comments are very kind.  I liked the picture.  We actually have a golden retriever (he’s my second golden), but he is no where near as cute as the picture.  He is like a grandpa golden; he’s getting up there in years.

The puppies are so cute, but I saw Marley and Me last week, and I don’t think I can do that puppy thing again.  In the movie, Marley ate the mom’s gold necklace however the dad found it in the yard still wearable after it came out the other end.  My first golden Winston ate my strand of pearls.  Yes I also found them in the backyard but they were ruined.  I don’t think a dog’s digestive tract is suitable for pearls.  There were all knotted and the pearls looked like they had soaked in acid for a week.  Dogs…gotta love em.
