Is there an app for that?

Some of the emails about our Top 10 Things that Annoy People in Wheelchairs asked if we could be a little more positive next time out. So, we are starting on our next list! The Top 10 apps for People in Wheelchairs.

We want to find out if you have a smartphone, or an iPad, or some similar device, the usability of it, and what apps are especially good for you as a wheelchair user. Tell us the name of the app, why it works for you, and what app store to look in.

Someone already suggested we start of list of apps wheelchair users would like to see invented. So please add those too, just be sure we can distinguish the wish list from the real ones.

Start adding yours to the list now.

About gerthro

I lived all my life in and around the Philadelphia area. Went to Temple University, taught television production at Plymouth Whitemarsh high school. In the meantime, I've had lots of jobs in television and multimedia. I left my position as the managing editor of MensHealth.com to come to the Reeve Foundation as the manager of online communications in 2007.
