Hey Mary...I'm scheduled for test and radiation therapy in Jan. at Duke...I wasn't sure to go through it or not...being a five week ordeal and the risks..yet the best scenario would be to complete the process as you stated..I would like to hear about the vaccine...thanks..Erik

Greetings Everyone...it's been awhile since I've posted...had EPP first of September (Dr.Thomas D'Amico, Duke Unniversity)and just now feeling well enough to sit at the computer...was diagnosed with pleural meso in Feb.2010...had pleuraldesis..three rounds of chemo...epp and now the Drs. say it's time for radiation therapy..wondering if anyone ...

Thanks everyone for a warm welcome.... yes Susan...I'm from Candler..worked at the paper mill over 26 years...we are neighbors...my doctor at Duke is Dr. Thomas D'Amico...he is in the same group with Dr. Harpole...my cancer doctor in Asheville is Dr. Messino...glad your husband's getting good news...everyone here will be im my prayer's..
